The Bowler Wildcat Dakar racer. Supercharged V6 or 350 HP V8, 0-60 in 4.5 seconds, built specifically as a rally racer. With a fuel capacity of up to 100 gallons this vehicle is more than capable for the extreme stages of the Dakar. The rear fuel cell has been designed to allow maximum space for the storage of general and emergency supplies. A centrally mounted aluminium storage container has three shelves giving space to hold tools, spares and personal items. Goal posts in the rear act as a base for mounting the sand ladders and shovels, also providing a structural guide and location for the spare wheels. Stainless steel trays provide the location for two 5ltr water containers and vehicle emergency repair kit. It is compulsory to carry a minimum of 10ltrs of water on all F.I.A. desert stages. The fully lifting rear canopy allows easy access to all of the afore mentioned items including the dampers.
